How to make the Hakata Amaou even more delicious.
- Without removing the hull wash with water just before eating.
- The closer to the point of a strawberry the sweeter it is. If you eat a strawberry from the hull end the sweetness will linger on the palate.
- When storing, do not wash and store in a container in the refrigerator. If you can't eat them all in 2 or 3 days, freeze, jam or juice them. To preserve the flavor and fragrance, wash and remove the hull before storing them individually in plastic freezer bags.
